I’ve Launched A Podcast!!!

For quite some time now, I have been saying the world seems to be getting crazier and crazier! “What is it going to take for people to wake up!” Well here we are, bang slap in the middle of the time of enforced reflection. So many people I know, including me, have turned off their TV’s for good. We are switching to, and listening and watching things that uplift and interest us. What a time to be alive, anything we want to explore is laid out for us on various forums of podcasts and vlogs. We can learn, empower and discuss virtually any ideas that take our fancy. Who needs to sit in front of TV’s anymore and be fed info we are not interested in!

I love working at my computer and having some interesting discussion on in the background, it really feels as if friends are in the room with me, having a cuppa and catching up on fascinating stuff!. I can zone in and out or pause, something my friends are not too keen on when I am with them in person. For many who live alone, they have become the company they need and the important connection denied to them at this time. With this in mind I have created a series of ongoing podcasts talking about the stuff that matters to me in life.

I have 2 streams of podcasts; One stream is me talking to interesting people about their life journey and wisdoms acquired along the way, which interweaves with topics we get to the nitty gritty about. I also share aspects of my life journey.

The other stream is chatting with my friend, yoga teacher and writer, Mina Blair about the stuff we talk about on our dog walks! Sometimes deep, sometimes funny, challenging and enlightening but always with the intention to uplift and share wisdom. I hope you can join me in my world.
