Due to passing of our beloved founder, Sarah, we have had to pause shipping for the time being and we can not take any new orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
We currently have parcel collections twice a week, on a Thursday morning and Monday morning. Orders placed between Sunday 5pm and Wednesday 5pm will be sent on Thursday and order place between Wednesday 5pm and Sunday 5pm will be shipped on Monday morning. UK Delivery
£3.75 Royal Mail 48 (Please note this does not mean your order will be with you in 48 hours, it simply means from the date of shipping your parcel should be with you within the next day or so). You will be sent a tracking number with your confirmation of shipment, this tracking number will not track your journey, under RoyalMail 48 service RM will only provide an update of the parcel if a delivery is attempted, this will then update as to delivered or delivered to an alternative location, such as your local post office.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International delivery is charged dependent on country. Due to the Britain now having left the EU there are some custom charges and VAT to be made aware of. Firstly, if you are an international customer you will now not be charged VAT when you reach check out on zephorium.com, instead this will be charged depending on your own countries VAT rates when the parcel enters your country (please note you will still see the full RRP price on product pages, the price will only update once you reach checkout and have entered your countries destination). Secondly, depending on which products you order and which country you are in you may have a small customs charge. We are unfortunately not told what these customs charges will be. Thirdly, delivery charges have increased slightly, however we have now been able to calculate the delivery on weight of your parcel, so delivery may have actually gone down if you are ordering a smaller product (for EU countries only). Delivery for EU countries is not between £6.50 and £15.00. Countries outside the EU delivery is £25.00
From July 1st 2020 the US government decided to increase delivery charges from all international countries therefore we have unfortunately had to inflate our prices for US delivery. We are very sorry we have had to do this.
Ireland
We can now send items again to Ireland, please be warned though this at your own risk as customs are very strict.
