Not for the last time synopsis by Mina Blair
"Before I say anything else, I must convey my gratitude to Sarah for her unwavering support of this book project. I met Sarah just a few months before I set off to Bali for a month of yoga teacher training four years ago, returning knowing I had to write a book. During those years of writing and battling self-doubt along the way, Sarah remained a constant source of inspiration and encouragement, two things she has brought to bear in creating her beautiful Zephorium products of course. And which is why she is one of the people featured in the book!
So, I’m very excited to be offering Not for the last time. It’s a spiritual journey book, think Eat Pray Love meets Wild, of what happens after the worst happens. For me, that was suffering child loss when my youngest daughter died age 12 years fourteen years ago. It was an event I had spent her life preparing for since she had been born with multiple complicated health issues, and yet, when the moment arrived, I was completely not prepared. Because how could you possibly be? It therefore precipitated a spiritual crisis which set me on a journey of awakening which included travelling the world and meeting the people who would help me heal.
I share my learning in this book. It’s an uplifting tale that begins with heartbreak but ends with finding self-empowerment and joy. Ultimately, it’s about making a surprising discovery: that nothing is so bad that good can’t come from it. I sincerely hope you enjoy reading it."

About the Author:
Born in Oslo to a Norwegian mother and an American father, who now lives overlooking the inspiring Sussex Downs where she teaches online Hatha Yoga. Along with the regular classes, she offers MatChat™ Yoga, a bespoke practice working with the chakra subtle energy system to free up the body and mind from emotional burdens. Mina also publishes MatChat™ Podcasts where she talks to interesting people from all walks of life about wellbeing – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
