How to enjoy:
Aura Spray: Take a moment to close your eyes and be still. Spray around your body or environment repeating the affirmation on the bottle. Use throughout the day to centre and remain calm.
Blend Oil: Put a few drops in a burner, diffuser or on pulse points. Take a deep breath in and repeat the affirmation. Or add to base oil for a sensational massage.
Bath Salts: Add to warm running bath water, repeat the affirmation whilst relaxing into peace. Or add to body oil and use as a scrub for exfoliation then shower for intense cleansing.
